Good Fruit Ministries was set up to help meet the youth ministries needs of the local church.  It is our belief that there are many out there who have been called to do youth ministry, who have a love for Jesus Christ and for the youth they desire to serve, but are lacking in some skills necessary to be effective.  Our goal is to provide you with a service of youth consulting involving evaluation of your program and assistance in utilizing your own gifts and talents to do effective youth ministry.

Our consultant Gail Matthews is an 18 year veteran in youth ministry.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Education from Asbury College, where she studied youth ministry under Duffy Robbins.  She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Asbury College.  She has worked in several local churches in the North Georgia Conference.  Most recently she served 9 years at McDonough First United Methodist Church.  Prior to that she spent 3 years at Seoul Foreign School in Seoul Korea where she implemented a youth program that ministered to youth from many different ethnic and social backgrounds. She also taught the Religion courses at Seoul Foreign School.  She has extensive experience in faith based retreat and mission trip planning, growing small youth groups both spiritually and in numbers, bible study for youth, and giving youth the opportunities to be disciples of Christ by sharing their faith with others.
