It
is
with
much
confidence
that
I
recommend
the
gifts
and
teaching
skills
of
Gail
Matthews.
I
was
privileged
to
have
been
mentored
by
Gail
in
youth
ministry
as
I
worked
part
time
alongside
her
during
my
seminary
years.
For
four
and
a
half
years
I
worked
closely
with
Gail
as
she
inspired
and
taught
young
people
what
it
means
to
live
as
disciples
of
Jesus
Christ.
I
witnessed
transformed
lives,
as
youth
began
to
mature
in
their
faith
and
to
lead
outstanding
programs
and
Bible
Studies
under
her
wise
and
nurturing
guidance.
I
was
privy
to
see
the
fruits
of
her
ministry
as
these
teenagers
began
praying
for
their
friends,
leading
others
to
Christ,
and
participating
in
praise
and
worship
in
the
larger
congregation. During
the
four
and
a
half
years,
I
was
also
given
the
opportunity
to
work
alongside
Gail
as
she
mentored
and
trained
adult
leaders.
Gail
fostered
a
team
atmosphere
of
genuine
care,
spiritual
accountability
and
understanding
of
adolescents.
To
date,
this
group
of
adults
remains
strong
and
effective
in
youth
ministry.
Gail
understands
youth
ministry
and
the
tools
necessary
to
relate
the
Gospel
clearly
and
effectively. Gail
raises
the
bar
on
excellence
in
ministry.
She
is
not
only
creative
in
her
approach
to
youth
ministry,
but
is
pragmatic
and
knowledgeable
of
church
systems
and
working
within
the
greater
ministry
of
the
church.

to
